Contractors – Important Dates for over the Christmas and New Year period
Wishing you good cheer to the Christmas Holiday and the coming New Year.
During the festive season, please be aware that there are changes to payment and timesheet submission dates – due to public holidays.

Please ensure that approved timesheets are sent before the cut-off period to give us time to settle queries that may arise.
Timesheets submitted after the cut-off period will be processed in the succeeding week’s pay run. Otherwise, please let us know if no work is done during these periods by sending an email to the Payroll team or entering ZERO days/hours in the portal.
Kindly note that due to the festive season there will be a delay with the bank transactions. Payment may be credited the following day.
Our office will be closed from midday 24th December till the 4th January 2016. But running on skeletal staffing between 24 and 29 to 31 December.
