Andrew is a certified HR Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience either working in or servicing the public sector. Andrew partners with internal and external clients to solve people challenges, design and deliver talent initiatives and build capability.
Andrew combines 10 years developing foundational APS skills in project, contract and financial management, complex procurement, and policy development, with 15 years in private sector leadership roles in HR operations, talent and HR consulting/service delivery.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, Andrew thrives in fast-paced, service delivery and strategic environments.
