Nikitha Sesha is a Bachelor of Economics graduate based in Sydney whose career sits at the intersection of education and child development. She works as a STEAM Teacher’s Aide at a large private school and serves as Early Childhood Education Program Developer at Gingerbread Kindergarten, where she designed and leads a weekly Literacy and Numeracy in Early Years program for preschoolers — built around play-based learning and aligned to the NSW Best Start Assessment.
She also tutors Mathematics privately, tailoring lessons to each student’s needs and interests.
Outside of education, Nikitha is the founder of Blu Cinamon, her own baking business, bringing the same creativity and drive to everything she takes on.
