Why I Started SDP

This is the heart of why I started SDP Solutions.

Not to run payrolls or tick compliance boxes (though we do that very well), but to make the contracting life seamless and joyful for all involved – the contractor, the recruitment agency and the host client  

I’ve experienced the benefits of freelancing and independent work myself. The flexibility, the ownership, the sense of building something that matters. It’s addictive, in the best way. And I wanted to create a platform that supports others to experience that same freedom, without the friction.

SDP exists to help contractors and freelancers truly cherish this journey – by removing the admin weight, simplifying the complex bits, and giving them space to focus on what matters most. We’re big believers in independent work – not as a trend, but as a lifestyle.
