SDP Solutions Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY
- The referral program is open to current SDP Solutions contractors and approved partner agencies.
- Referred individuals or agencies must be new to SDP Solutions, be full-time contractors and meet our onboarding requirements.
2. REFERRAL INCENTIVE
- Contractor-to-Contractor Referrals: Both the referrer and the referred contractor will each receive a $150 gift voucher upon meeting the qualifying criteria.
- Contractor-to-Agency or Agency-to-Agency Referrals: Both the referrer and the referred agency will each receive a $250 gift voucher upon meeting the qualifying criteria.
- All vouchers can be redeemed as either:
- Coffee café voucher
- David Jones voucher
- Woolworths voucher
- Voucher type is chosen by each recipient at the time of claim.
3. QUALIFYING PERIOD
- The referred contractor or agency must remain actively engaged with SDP Solutions for a minimum of 3 months before the incentives are paid.
4. PAYMENT PROCESS
- Incentives will be issued within 30 days after the qualifying period is met.
- Incentives will be sent to each recipient via a valid email address provided by the referrer and/or referred party.
- SDP Solutions may publish the names of incentive recipients on our official LinkedIn page.
- Incentives are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. PROGRAM CONDITIONS
- SDP Solutions reserves the right to verify the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred party before issuing incentives.
- Fraudulent, misleading, or non-genuine referrals will result in disqualification from the program.
- SDP Solutions may limit the number of incentives any one contractor or agency can earn in a 12-month period.
- The program is only valid while active and may be withdrawn, suspended, or amended at any time without prior notice.
6. JURISDICTION
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
7. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
