Josh Fowler is the Director of Drive Personnel, a leading Western Australian labour hire company supporting the mining, engineering, maintenance, construction, and civil sectors.
With a strong background in blue-collar supervisory roles across critical industries, Josh brings firsthand experience and deep insight into the operational needs of both clients and workers on the ground. He recognises the need to support not only hiring managers but also the Supervisors/Project Managers who ultimately receive the product — the new team member.
Motivated by a passion for building better teams, Josh founded Drive Personnel to take a more people-focused approach to labour hire. His vision was to build a recruitment company that treats both workers and clients with equal respect, fostering a level playing field. The aim was to hold workers accountable to the host’s policies and procedures, while also standing up for them – ensuring they are treated fairly and not simply as disposable numbers.
