Karalyn is fixated on empowering her clients to search for roles in new, innovative ways that set them up with job search skills for life. Karalyn was recognized by LinkedIn as an early key influencer supporting job seekers on the platform. She also created the “first to market” MyPitch app – helping job seekers hone their elevator pitch.
Formerly working with recruitment consultancies and as a recruiter in large corporate and government agencies, Karalyn has provided expert insight in The Australian, The Daily Telegraph, The Age, the Sydney Morning Herald, ABC radio, Sky News, CareerOne, Management Today, Recruiter Daily, Recruitment Extra and HR Leader.
