Laura Biggs is a consultant, trainer and coach who works with recruitment agencies and organisations to build stronger leaders, more capable teams and better-performing businesses.
With more than 20 years’ experience across recruitment, operations and leadership, LB has held senior roles leading recruitment businesses and teams across multiple sectors. Today, through Empowered Decision, she works with recruitment agency owners, leaders and experienced consultants on strategy, leadership development, recruiter capability and team performance.
Her approach combines practical industry experience with a strong background in psychology, HR and coaching. She is particularly interested in helping recruitment businesses navigate the changing demands of the industry, developing their people, improving performance and making smarter decisions about how they work.
LB holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Coaching.
