Lesley has had a long relationship with the global recruitment profession dating back to her capacity as Owner of Recruitment Extra magazine which was founded over 20 years ago, along with the highly coveted Recruitment Excellence Awards. She joined APSCo Australia as MD in 2019 to help drive growth across the Association and support professional recruitment firms to navigate the complexities of operational compliance and best practice.
Lesley is well respected as having an incredible knowledge of the recruitment sector, maintaining a reputation for being at the forefront of current issues through her long tenure working in and around the industry and for developing meaningful content and solutions for the benefit of recruitment leaders.
