Phil Tusing is founder of #SOSU conference and director of recruitment marketing firm Destination Talent.

For over 20 years, Phil has served in various roles in the recruitment industry, including as Global Marketing Manager for an international staffing firm. Phil currently assists recruitment firms, job boards, and other talent solution providers with their marketing and social strategies.

A long-time observer of the recruitment industry, Phil writes and comments on all things recruitment, and has authored numerous industry reports. Phil is the founder of Sourcing Summit and also organises other recruitment events, including the Australasian Sourcing Summit, IT18, Culture Camp, RECTEC and RHUB.
