Onboarding Survey Incentive Terms and Conditions 

 

1. Eligibility:

– The survey incentive contest is open to residents of Australia.

– Participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible and be newly onboarded as a contractor.

 

2. Survey Participation:

– To be eligible for the survey incentive contest, participants must complete the survey in its entirety, including answering all questions.

– Incentives will be awarded based on the quality of responses to the game of skill question of the survey: “What’s one thing that permanent employees will never understand about being a contractor?”

 

3. Prizes:

– There will be a prize of two movie tickets every 6 months for contractors that are new to SDP Solutions, who have completed the survey in its entirety and are the selected prize winners by the committee.

 

4. Prize Selection:

– A committee consisting of three SDP Solutions employees will review all responses to the game of skill question of the survey.

– The committee will select the most compelling responses as winners based on the quality and relevance of the answers.

– The decision of the committee is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.

 

5. Notification of Winners:

– Winners will be notified via email after the survey has closed.

– The winners will be required to provide their contact information for prize delivery.

 

6. Prize Delivery:

– Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ provided address or email address within a reasonable timeframe.

 

7. Publicity:

– By participating in the survey, participants agree to allow SDP Solutions to use their first name, last name initial and their winning response in promotional materials without further notice or compensation.

 

8. Privacy:

– All survey responses will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of improving SDP’s Solutions services.

 

9. Survey Deadline:

– The survey incentive contest will conclude once the survey is withdrawn by SDP Solutions.

 

10. General Terms:

– The survey incentive contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

– SDP Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 70 108 572 032) reserves the right to alter or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason.

– Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the selection committee.
