Survey Incentive Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
– The survey incentive contest is open to residents of Australia.
– Participants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible.
- Survey Participation:
– To be eligible for the survey incentive contest, participants must complete the survey in its entirety, including answering all questions.
– Incentives will be awarded based on the quality of responses to question one of the survey: “Down Under, we like to work smart and live well. If Artificial Intelligence (AI) could help you be a smarter contractor in a very Aussie way, what would it do for you?”
- Prizes:
– There will be a total of 5 prizes awarded:
– 1 x Apple iPad
– 2 x $100 David Jones Vouchers
– 2 double gold passes at eVent Cinemas
- Prize Selection:
– A committee consisting of three SDP Solutions employees will review all responses to question one of the survey.
– The committee will select the most compelling responses as winners based on the quality and relevance of the answers.
– The decision of the committee is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
- Notification of Winners:
– Winners will be notified via email after the survey has closed.
– The winners will be required to provide their contact information for prize delivery.
- Prize Delivery:
– Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ provided address within a reasonable timeframe.
- Publicity:
– By participating in the survey, participants agree to allow SDP Solutions to use their first name, last name initial and their winning response in promotional materials without further notice or compensation.
- Privacy:
– All survey responses will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of improving SDP’s Solutions services, conducting industry research, and developing insights such as reports or white papers related to the contractor workforce and broader contractor industry. No personally identifiable information will be published or shared outside SDP without your explicit consent.
- Survey Deadline:
– The survey incentive contest will end on Monday, 22 December 2025. Responses submitted after this date will not be eligible for incentives.
10. General Terms:
– The survey incentive contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
– SDP Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 70 108 572 032), SDP Solutions Blue Pty Ltd (ABN: 72 159 442 930) and SDP Contractor Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN: 14 142 926 332) reserve the right to alter or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason.
– Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the selection committee.
