With more than 30 years of experience in both internal and external recruitment across a variety of industries—including mining, engineering, construction, logistics, and finance—she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every recruitment initiative.
Juanita partners closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies that deliver strong outcomes. She has extensive expertise in the end-to-end management and delivery of roles ranging from technical and specialist positions to operational and managerial appointments. In addition, she has mentored and coached team members in best-practice recruitment and is proficient in the use of various recruitment platforms, including PageUp, Taleo, and SuccessFactors.
