Megan is a consultative, value-based recruiter. Under her leadership, Entrée Recruitment has been shortlisted for nine industry awards, successfully winning three. She was also a finalist for Recruitment Leader of the Year (RCSA, 2019) and instrumental in winning Outstanding Agency (RCSA, 2022 and 2023), a monumental milestone in the organisation’s history.
